Deportation

Deportation (which is now referred to as Removal) is commonly presented before an Immigration Judge, ICE or U.S. CIS for violation of immigration laws. It is imperative that the individual has proper representation in these cases as the repercussions could result in permanent removal from the United States.

If you are arrested, depending on your circumstances, our offices can defend you in immigration court and have you released on bond. Further, you may be eligible to apply for immigration benefits such as political asylum or immigration benefits through an immediate family member who is a U.S. Citizen of Permanent Resident. If you or a family member have been arrested or served notice to show cause, contact our office immediately so that we can review your case and argue for a decision in your favor.
